Wall Street, in King size, adorns Nowy Werdon, a distinctive residential building. This unique apartment block comprises two different types of apartments. The lower floors feature three-level flats that resemble segments, complete with separate entrances, gardens, and garages. The upper floors house smaller apartments.

The entire structure of Nowy Werdon was built of brick and covered with a gable tile roof, an overt reference to the Silesian construction tradition. Nowy Werdon was built on the site of old buildings that were unsuitable for renovation due to their poor condition.

The name of this architectural project has an interesting history. It references a workers' housing estate from the early 20th century located across Werdonu Street, whose tenants were veterans of the Battle of Verdun.
