10 Taber St
Strategically positioned across from Nubian Station (MBTA Silver Line), 10 Taber Street is a striking six-story mixed-use development in Boston's Nubian Square. Designed by Hresko Associates, Inc. and developed by New Urban Collaborative, LLC, the building features 45 residential units and approximately 1,830 square feet of retail space, along with 10 off-street parking spaces. Completed in November 2021, the project contributes to the area's ongoing revitalization by blending contemporary architecture with historical influences.
The exterior of 10 Taber Street showcases a thoughtful combination of materials, with King Klinker America's Manganese thin brick in modular size playing a key role in achieving a modern yet contextual aesthetic. This thin brick façade pays homage to the area's architectural heritage while providing a durable and visually appealing finish.
By seamlessly integrating residential and commercial spaces, 10 Taber Street enhances the urban fabric of Nubian Square, reinforcing its position as a dynamic and evolving neighborhood in Boston.
